Malacca Retreat

The view from the balcony of my apartment.

Assam Laksa!

Look at the SIZE of the "pao"

Malacca Famous Jonker Street 88 Chendol!

We were practically eating throughout the whole retreat.

I miss the Crepe cake from "Mille" that we had on the last evening.
Oh my.. the layers of Crepe and cream... i want it more!
We shared 2 slices of the cake, Green Tea flavour and Banana flavour.
And we bought the original flavour, 1Kg to celebrate QY's birthday!
I was too excited to have a taste of it to take a photo. *darn*
But it looks something like this in a slice.

Admit it! It looks Scrumptious right?!

Oh well.. seraching very hard online to see where it sells in singapore!

On another note, its upsetting to hear from a friend
that her dog of 15 years passed away when we were away.
15 years for a dog is a looong time.
Can imagine how much she is feeling.
Not being able to hear the dog's whinning, barking..
the pitter-patter of the dog's paws on the floor..

my dog's 4 years old today.
i wonder how long more will she live.
i dread looking forward to the day where it happens to V V too.
but then, its part and parcel of life.

*hey, don't be too sad ok?
at most, i get another dog for u. =)*
